• The height of the product never changes thanks to the patented flat transfer sequence and simultaneous lift/lower technology. This design allows for a smoother and more secure transfer with no lifting or vibrations, safely handling fragile loads. Transferring without changing levels optimises time and therefore increases productivity.
• Ability to move product in four different, reversible entries and exits for versatile sorting and sequencing systems.
• Safe, low voltage, 24v DC power is used exclusively, eliminating the need for pneumatics. This drastically reduces the risk of injury for operators because of the low voltage and spacing between moving parts being lower than 5 mm.
• Transfers product up to 50 kg maximum load weight.
• The run-on-demand feature increases energy savings over traditional transfers, leading to low energy consumption.
• Features an extra compact cassette design with only 125 mm height (Transfer surface, excluding projection).
• Easy servicing and low maintenance are achieved through a durable structure with full metal rollers and quick replacement of key components like the wheel caster cassettes, rollers, and belts.
