DynoDrive 24v DC POP-UP 30°/45° diverter module – Itoh Denki

Operating at a safe low voltage, the POP-UP diverter module will transfer your product quickly, quietly, and smoothly. It offers high capacity lateral transfers at either 30° or 45°. With a compact cassette structure , it can be easily fitted into most conveyor frames. Being a complete module means easy integration within any conveyor to upgrade and automate routing, sorting, or merging processes.

  • Offers high capacity lateral transfers at either 30° or 45°.
  • The module uses 24V DC +/- 10% Brushless Motorized Roller technology, eliminating the need for pneumatics.
  • Transfers and diverts products up to a 30 kg maximum load weight.
  • The compact cassette design has a height of only 169 mm.
  • Transfers carton boxes or plastic trays that have a flat, smooth, and dry bottom.
  • Powered by three brushless MDRs for straight conveyance (M1), diverting (M2), and lifting (M3).
  • The module has very low noise due to its run-on-demand operation.
  • Maximum absorbed power is 147 W in nominal operation and 192 W on motor start-up.
  • The level difference between the diverter wheels and the rollers is 3 mm.

  • Used on conveyor lines for order picking or distribution.
  • Used on assembly lines to adapt to logistics changes.
