• Flat Transfer Sequence The diverted product always stays at the same level and is not lifted during the transfer operation, allowing a faster and smoother transfer, eliminating any shock and limiting vibrations. This also ensures all entries and exits are at the same level, simplifying conveyor design.
• Versatile Handling Features transfer on driving belts (flat belt and ribbed belt) , making it great for handling a great variety of loads, including trays with irregular surfaces.
• High Capacity Capable of diverting small to large totes, cartons, and parcels up to 50 kg.
• Extra Compact Design The cassette structure is very compact , with a height of only 170 mm. It integrates easily into all conveyor designs.
• Safe Operation Uses 24V DC Brushless Motorized Roller technology, without pneumatic or other types of energy. This low voltage operation, combined with limited gaps between moving parts, prevents injuries.
• Energy Efficient Only one motor runs at any one time, using only 50 W during nominal operation. It has low noise with run-on-demand operation.
• Multi-Directional Offers up to four reversible entries and exits all at the same level.
• Multiple Motor Options Available with either PM500FE (external circuit board) or PM500XP (integrated circuit board) motorised rollers.
