50mm PM500XP 24VDC Motor Driven Roller with internal controller

The PM500XP series is designed for conveyor lines handling light and medium loads (up to 300kg max). It is particularly well-suited for order preparation, distribution, and assembly lines, especially for automatic shops with shuttles or trolleys that require high power at the start. The circuit board and gear-motor are integrated within the roller, ensuring excellent tightness, easy wiring with an M8-5pin connector, and significant space savings. This design also makes the PM500XP an ideal solution for difficult working environments involving liquid or dust. It can be easily controlled by a PLC, AS-i Bus via Bihl & Wiedemann modules, or logic sensors with integrated ZPA from Wenglor.
