This solid, cost-effective vertical conveyor which will work, day in day out, year in year out, - lifting and lowering products without effort. It offers the perfect solution for delivery of up to a maximum of 500 products/hour. Because of its extremely small footprint, this lift can fit into almost any layout. The compact unit is very easy to incorporate into your transport system and can be fitted with a roller conveyor or a conveyor belt. Its design makes use of extremely reliable components so very little, if any, maintenance is required.

Uses

  • Can accept and output products in three different directions (left, right, front) with appropriate product carrier.
  • Can act as a vertical sorter (multiple infeed/outfeed conveyors).

  • Maximum vertical speed: 1.7 m/s (some sources).
  • Motor position: Can be chosen (left or right).

  • Basic version: Up to 360 products/hour (some sources say 420 p/hour).
  • Maximum: Up to 500 products/hour (depending on product size, distance, carrier, and configuration).

Load Capacity

  • Standard: Up to 75 kg (boxes, crates, sacks, trays).
  • Maximum (optional): Up to 100 kg (some sources state up to 200 kg per cycle with larger product units).

Dimensions/Footprint

  • Required surface area (minimum footprint): Approximately 500 mm x 900 mm (0.7 m²).

  • Lowest Infeed/Outfeed Position: Nominal 670 mm (minimum 360 mm).
  • Highest Infeed/Outfeed Position: Standard 2,600 mm (can be extended up to 11.4 metres / 37 feet or 14.3 metres).
  • Max Column Height: Up to 14,450 mm (47 feet).

Drive

  • SEW 0.55 kW (or 3/4 hp for 230V 3 Phase 50Hz supply).
  • Can be supplied with a MoviMot drive system.

Product Size (Maximum):

  • Standard: Approximately 600 mm (L) x 400 mm (W).
  • Optional/Larger: Up to 910 mm (L) x 610 mm (W) or 1200 mm (L) x 600 mm (W) depending on configuration.

Construction

  • Robust steel structure.
  • Uses a flat belt for silent movement and low maintenance (no lubrication/tension needed compared to chain-driven systems).
  • Standard colour: RAL 9007 (grey) for column and product conveyor; some parts zinc-plated.
  • Stainless steel construction available (optional).

Optional Extras

  • Requires additional specification, packaging, shipping, safety fencing, electrical controls, and sensors to operate safely.
  • Available with electric or pneumatic actuated safety pin (optional).
