The PM605KT series is designed for conveying medium and heavy loads (up to 1000kg). It is the most powerful 24VDC MDR on the market, making it perfect for carrying heavy unit loads (manufacturing, automotive) or pallets. Its high torque and durability also make it a solution of choice for high-tension or heavy-loaded belt-on-roller conveyors. The controller is separated from the gear-motor to optimise the performance and durability of the roller and to offer a larger range of control options.

✓ Extreme Power & Torque. Designed specifically for heavy-duty applications, this high-torque roller can transport heavy pallets up to 1000kg and drive high-tension belt conveyors.

✓ External Control Flexibility. Operates with external driver cards (such as the CBK-109 or networked IB-E04/IB-P02) allowing for extensive logic customisation and integration into Ethernet/IP or Profinet systems.

✓ Mechanical Brake Option. Available as the PM605KT-B with a built-in electromagnetic brake, essential for holding heavy loads in position on inclines or for precise stopping.
