607 - 60mm Precision Conveyor Roller
A more robust roller option for use on gravity and powered conveyor systems, particularly if longer rollers are required e.g. pallet conveyors. Can be fitted with sprockets for chain driven applications.

Bearing Type - Precision bearing in black polypropylene housing with labyrinth seal.

Roller Over Bearing Length (OBL) - manufactured to suit conveyor inside frame width and required load rating (see table below).
Shaft Length - OBL + 30mm (15mm extensions each side), custom shaft lengths can be accommodated.
Shaft Type - Spring Loaded (standard), Fixed or Loose
Shaft Size - Ø8mm, Ø10mm, 11mm Hex or Ø12mm
Shaft Materials - Mild Steel, Stainless Steel or Aluminium (11mm Hex Only)
Shaft Options - Slots, Flats, Cross Drills, Female Threads, Male Threads
Max Speed - 70m/min (speed can be increased with decreased load)
Max Static Load - 160kg (for central point load, reduce load rating by 1/3)
