How it works

The DynoDrive Cube can function as a standalone drive or as part of an intelligent system. In Smart Conveyor Control mode, the drive utilises built-in logic to manage Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA). Photocell sensors connected to the system detect product presence. When a product arrives, the control checks if the downstream zone is clear. If clear, the motor activates to pass the product forward. If the downstream zone is occupied, the motor holds the product until the path clears, preventing collisions. This decentralised logic eliminates the need for complex PLC programming for basic transport functions.
