EBOS Group is the largest and most diversified Australasian marketer, wholesaler and distributor of healthcare, medical and pharmaceutical, and animal care products.
When EBOS decided to move a major part of one of the Group's businesses they needed a large scale redesign of the existing operation.
Rex Industrial consulted with Dyno through the design stage and sold the solution to EBOS.
Dyno then manufactured and installed the system, working alongside Rex Industrial.
"The EBOS Group made a business decision to move a major part of one of the groups businesses into the Albany Warehouse facility.
To accommodate this move the Albany facility needed to conduct a major redesign of its current operation. As well as a complete resign of storage incorporating new pallet racking a new design of the dispatch area was considered.
Using Rex Industrial through the design stages we were then introduced to DYNO when we needed a conveyor solution.
From the concept stages DYNO understood our complex requirements and worked through these to present a concept that not only made operational sense to our immediate requirements but offered scope for future expansion of this original design.
During the install the install team worked professionally around a working operation and had the design operational in just a few days. The wider DYNO team then became available at this point through final commissioning to ensure the conveyor worked as designed.
DYNO continued to keep contact in subsequent weeks to ensure the product continued to work as we designed.
On multiple occasions DYNO visited the site to check the operation of the conveyor.
